Surajkund International Arts & Crafts Mela

The Surajkund International Handicraft Mela is an annual gathering of handicraft artists across the world. The fair is organized to celebrate the Indian folk cultural heritage in a beautifully crafted rural India ambiance. The fair is held every year from 1st February to 15th February by the Government of Haryana in collaboration with Union Textile Ministry, External Affairs ministry etc.

It has stalls of arts and crafts of different part of the country. There are two chaupals in the Mela where you can experience the folk dance and music from artists. Stalls of delicious cuisines from different part of the world make the fair special. There are lot of amusement and joyrides make this fair a must visit for youngsters and kids.

It is a lifetime experience for art and handicrafts’ fans. On can explore the true colour of folk India through dance, music, crafts and cuisines. It is a tribute to the cultural heritage of rural India.
